Rare early 18th Century original hand drawn and painted plan on vellum of a proposed estate to be built in the parish of Whitechapel, London E1, drawn by Joseph Manning and dated Anno Dom 1717. Framed in a later maple frame.
Note, some discolouring to areas of the plan. Circa 1717
