Fiore De Henriquez, Abstract Bronze
An abstract bronze sculpture by the Italian-British sculpture Fiore De Henriquez (1921-2004). She exhibited work at the Royal Academy in 1950 and produced work to commemorate the festival of Britain in 1951. She had solo shows in America and Rome. De Henriquez created portrait sculptures of Igor Stravinsky, Margot Fonteyn, Augustus John, Peter Ustinov, John F Kennedy, Vivien Leigh, Lawrence Olivier and the Queen Mother. The bronze is signed Fiore and is numbered 7/ of 7.
